Walton-on-Thames 2

Brief:

The brief was fully utilize the space, linking the garden together into a cohesive whole with planted borders, paths and seating areas, whilst retaining plenty of room for playing football and badminton in this family garden.

Design:

The Rhododendron hedge was cleared to allow for two distinct areas of the garden to made. Closer to the house, shrub and tree filled borders create a more formal garden with Olive trees and Buxus as the main structure. The sandstone path was extended the full length of the swimming pool, with planting on both sides, the path leads through a timber pergola to a patio positioned to catch the best of the summer sun.
